The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No 14 TR 5755 SE 2/117 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attic red brick. Tile-hung dormer with casements and brick parapet with stone coping. 1 sash with glazing bars intact. Door surround with moulded pilasters and consoles supporting open pediment. Triglyph frieze. 5 panel moulded door with open light over. Nos 12 to 18 (consec) form a group.
