The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No ll3 TR 3752 NE 1/198 II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys basement and attics stuccoed. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 1 sash with verticals only. The ground floor has a left side bow and a right side doorcase set in a moulded architrave with rectangular fanlight. 3 steps to street. No 101 and Nos 105 to 117 (odd) form a group.
