The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 169 TR 3753 SE 2/213 II GV 2. Mid to later C19. 2 storeys roughcast with applied pseudo timber-framed. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 1 later C19 4 light diamond-paned mullioned and transomed oriel window on 1st floor. 4 light mullioned and transomed window on ground floor and simple right side doorcase. Nos 167 to 175 (odd) and No 179 form a group.
