BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 179 (Beach Cottage) TR 3753 SE 2/35 II GV 2. Includes Watch Cottage, Griffin Street. C18. 2 storeys basements and attics stuccoed. Tiled roof. 3 sashes with verticals to 1st floor. 3 sashes with restored glazing bars to ground floor. Left side modern pedimented doorcase. Watch Cottage has a Dutch curved gable, 1 dormer. Old tiled roof. 1 window on the 1st floor and 3 on the ground floor. Simple doorcase. Nos 167 to 175 (odd) and No 179 form a group.
