The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BLENHEIM ROAD 1. 1035 (West Side) No 5 TR 35 SE 5/220 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys and basement stock brick. Parapet, 1 sash, 1 blank with some glazing bars missing. 1 3-light canted bay on 1st floor. Round-headed doorcase. No 3 to 13 (odd) form a group.
