ALFRED SQUARE 1. 1035 (North Side) Nos 7 and 8 TR 3753 SE 2/172 II GV 2. An early C19 pair. 3 storeys and basement red brick but No 7 is now stuccoed. Renewed tiled roof. 1 sash to each with glazing bars intact. No 8 has shutters to the ground floor windows. Modern inserted bow to ground floor of No 7. No 7 has a doorcase with cornice and pilasters. No 8 has a round-headed doorcase with keystone. Nos 1 to 8b (consec) form a group with No 1 Sandown Road.
