BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 19 TR 3752 NE 1/183 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. Parapet. 2 plain pilasters flank the front. 2 sashes with verticals only on 2nd floor. 1 3-light bay on 1st floor. Later C19 shopfronts. Included for group value. Nos 1 to 19 (odd) form a group.
