BEACH STREET 1. lO35 (West Side) No 59 TR 3752 NE 1/11 1.6.49. II GV 2. Early C19, 3 storeys brown brick, the ground floor stuccoed. 2 sashes with Venetian shutters to ground and 1st floor windows and a large bay window on 1st floor. Doorcase in reeded frame with narrow rectangular fanlight and 6 fielded panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Included for group value. Nos 59 to 69 (odd) form a group.
