BEACH STREET 1. lO35 (West Side) No 69 TR 3752 NE 1/15 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attics now stuccoed. Original high-pitched hipped tiled roof with 2 dormers. 2 sashes, but bay windows on 1st floor. Modern shopfront. Nos 59 to 69 (odd) form a group.
