The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NE SHEPERDSWELL & COLDRED WALDERSHARE PARK 2/112 Fountain about 30 metres south- east of Kitchen Garden GV II Fountain. Early C18. Circular fountain with stone bowl and rim about 12 feet across, with central stone columnar base to a plinth enriched with acanthus motifs. The urn or statue on the plinth is now lost. The fountain stands within a small circular enclosure reached by 4 flights of 3 brick steps with low side piers, at opposite points of the circle.
