Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NW DENTON AND WOOTTON CANTERBURY ROAD (west side) 1/41 Outbuilding about 80 metres south- east of Tappington Hall GV II Outbuilding. Mid C19. Red brick and rendered with applied framing with fish-tail tiles. Swiss chalet style. Ground floor now open with 2 brick bays. Half-hipped roof with terracotta pinnacles, and gable hoist housing with moulded barge board. Mullioned glazed sidelights. Probably originally a granary attached to Tappington Hall farm.
