Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NW DENTON AND WOOTTON CANTERBURY ROAD (West side) 1/43 22.8.62 Ivy Cottage GV II House. Mid C18. Painted brick, with painted slate hanging on left return and flint on right return. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys with corbelled brick course to hipped roof with stacks to rear left and projecting at end right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor, the centre with cambered head, and 2 canted glazing bar sash bays on ground floor. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels, the top 2 glazed, in panelled porch with pilasters and flat hood.

The building was delisted in January 2018 as alterations and a revised date of origin suggested it was no longer appropriate for Listed Building status.
