(east side) 9/299 No. 69 11.10.63 GV II
House and shop. Circa 1600 and refronted 1717. Timber framed and faced with red brick with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with moulded wooden eaves cornice to roof with 1 gabled dormer and stacks at left and at end right, with the top section of a now overbuilt shaped gable. Two 3 light and central 2 light leaded wooden casements on first floor and tripartite glazing bar sash to left and plate glass oriel with dentil cornice to right on ground floor. Central door of 6 panels in pilaster surround with moulded cornice hood. Date stone to centre right on first floor; G Interior; inglenooks; chamfered joists and staggered purlin roof. R E 1717
