(East Side) Elmstone 2/198 Old Brooke House

House. C16. Timber framed and clad with wood block in imitation of painted stone, painted brick and tile hanging. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys with projecting jettied wing to right, with roof hipped to right, half-hipped to left, with stacks to centre left and projecting at end right. One glazing bar sash on each floor on projecting wing, with margin-light bar tracery on ground floor. C20 boarded door in tiled surround in projecting brick porch to centre. The whole building is obscured by the adjacent Littlewick Cottage (item 2/197).
