TR 3054 EASTRY LOWER STREET
(west side) 12/152 Bank House, Avoca and Tantwy

Cottage and shop row. C18 exterior.Rendered with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and hipped roof with gablets and stacks to centre, to left and at end right. Three glazing bar sashes and 1 wooden casement on first floor. Arcaded 12 light shop front to left and 2 glazing bar sash and 1 wooden casement on ground floor Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to left with plaster surround and 2 doors to right of 4 panels with keyed heads. Probably timber framed building in origin. Addition to right dated on right return; 1746. Canted oriel on first floor and shop front of leaded multi-paned windows returned on right elevation with central door of 4 panels. Iron roofed hood on floriate brackets.
