The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EASTRY BROOK STREET TR 3154 (south side) 13/112 Firbank 11.10.63 GV II
House. Early C 18. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with projecting centre and pilaster strip quoins, with discontinuous plat band and moulded wooden eaves cornice to hipped roof with 2 hipped dormers and stack to centre right. Two glazing bar sashes and central wooden casement on first floor and 2 glazing bar sashes on ground floor with moulded cornices. Central panelled door in C20 fluted surround with pediment. Basement opening to right. Catslide outshot to rear.
