Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOODNESTONE THE STREET TR 25 SE (west side) 3/104 Weaver's Cottage GV II House. Early C18, altered early C19. Red and brown brick and slate roof. House altered in Goodnestone Estate style. Two storeys on plinth with plat band and dogtooth eaves cornice to roof with stack to centre right. Three light Dering window to left and 2 light to right on each floor, with central rib and stud door in kneelered gabled porch.
