The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON BEAUCHAMPS LANE TR 25 SE (south side) 3/115 Beauchamps II Cottage 1870's. George Devey for William Oxenden Hammond. Dressed stone, red brick with blue diapers, and exposed framed and rendered upper storey. Plain tiled roof. St.Albans Court estate style. One storey and attic with continuous jetty and gable to left with moulded bressumer on corbelled brackets. Stacks to end left, rear end left and centre on front wall. Mullioned windows on ground floor, with some replacement windows particularly on left return. Boarded door in weather boarded gabled extension on left return.
