GOODNESTONE CHILLENDEN TR 25 SE Yew Tree 3/52 Farmhouse GV II
House. C16. Timber framed on flint base and rendered and part clad with red brick. Right return tile hung. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and hipped roof, with large offset freestanding stack at end left with 2 large moulded flues, and stacks to rear left and centre right. Half-dormer to left, and two 5 light oriels on coved base and 4 light transomed and mullioned windows with coved base on first floor, and metal casement and C19 or C20 transomed and mullioned window on ground floor. Rib and stud door to right.
