The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOODNESTONE CHILLENDEN TR 25 SE 3/57 Copmans Hall (formerly listed 27.2.79 as Copman's Cottages) II Cottage pair, now house. Early C19. Brown brick and slate roof. Two parallel ranges in Goodnestone Estate style. Identical facades of back-to-back cottages, 2 storeys, with kneelered gables and central stacks. 3/2, 2 light Dering windows on each floor and central porch with kneelered gables, and two 3 light Dering windows on return elevations.
