EYTHORNE BARFRESTONE TR 25 SE 3/13 Church Farm 11.10.63 GV II House. Early C18. Plum brick with red brick dressings and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with moulded wooden eaves cornice missing from front elevation. Hipped roof with 2 hipped dormers and stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes and 2 blank window spaces on first floor and 4 glazing bar sashes on ground floor with flying cornices. Central door of 4 panels with rectangular fanlight. Hipped wing to rear.
