The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE COLDRED ROAD TR 24 NE (East Side) 4/28 Gardeners Cottage GV II House. Early C18. Red brick, tile hung on right return, and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with half hipped roof and stacks to left and to right. Two glazing bar sashes and central blank window space on first floor, and 2 glazing bar sashes and central boarded door with flat hood and brackets on ground floor.
