Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LAURESTON PLACE Nos 10 and 11 Pair of GII Listed dwellings dating to c.1835. Front and right hand side of yellow brick. Side elevations flint with yellow brick lacing courses. Slate roof and wide eaves cornice. Irregular plan with projecting ends. 4 windows. No 10 has projecting right side with 1 window, 6 pane sash on second floor and 12 pane sashes on lower floors. Left side round-headed doorcase with shell fanlight, reeded and diamond pattern band and 6 fielded panelled door. Ramped handrail and spear railings. 2 yellow brick piers with semi-circular caps. No. 11 has projecting 2 storey porch and 3 storey portion to right hand side. Windows have 9 panes on top floor and 12 panes on lower floors. Round-headed doorcase with fanlight, reeded and diamond patterned band and 6 fielded panelled doors. Cast iron spear railings.Listing NGR: TR3222241704 (1)
