Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 SE LYDDEN CANTERBURY ROAD (south side) 4/83 Little Watersend II House. Circa 1830. White brick with slate roof. Two storeys and basement on plinth and hipped roof with moulded eaves board, with stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor, and 2 on ground floor with central panelled door, with semi-circular fanlight and modillioned open pediment on brackets. Lower 2 storey extension to left with doubled wooden casements on each floor.
