Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NW DENTON AND WOOTTON CANTERBURY ROAD (west side) 1/45 Porch House 27.8.52 GV II House. Late C17, extended mid C18. Red brick, extended with flint. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys of different heights, on flint plinth, with roof stepped up to left and hipped at end left, and with stacks at centre left and projecting at end left. Left hand wing with 1 glazing bar sash on each floor. Main range with 3 wooden casements on first floor, and triple wooden casement and single to right on ground floor. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to centre, the top 2 panels glazed, in large doorcase with fluted pilasters and full cornice.
