The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON CHERRYGARDEN LANE TR 25 SE (north side) 3/118 Gooseberry Hall Farmhouse II House. C17 or earlier, extended early C19. Timber framed and rendered and extended with timber frame and weather boarded. Thatched roof. One storey and attic on plinth with hipped roof, 2 raking dormers and stacks to centre and to right. Fourwooden casements on ground floor and boarded door to centre right in moulded and stopped surround. Interior; frame visible.
