The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOODNESTONE THE STREET TR 25 SE (west side) 3/107 Hazel Bank GV II House. C18, altered mid C19. Rose coloured brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with moulded wooden eaves cornice to hipped roof with stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 canted bays on ground floor. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with flat hood on brackets. Recessed 2 storey hipped wing to right with 1 wooden casement and 1 glazed outshot.
