NONINGTON EASOLE STREET TR 25 SE (east side) 3/127 Southdown House GV II House. Early C19 exterior to earlier probably timber framed interior. Painted brick and plain tiled roof with tile hung right return. Two storeys with roof hipped to left and gabled to right with stacks to rear and to end right. Two margin light sashes on each floor and central half glazed door with pilaster surround and cornice. Included for group value.
