The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON PINNERS HILL TR 25 SE (south side) 3/152 Nos. 1&2 Pinners Cottages II Cottage pair. 1870's. George Devey for William Oxenden Hammond. Dressed stone with red brick in part with blue diapers, with tile hung and rendered upper storey. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys with continuous jetty, the moulded bressumer on corbelled brackets. Double jettied gables to right and on left return, with large stacks at front centre and at end right. 4/5 light wooden casements on 1 & 2 floor of gables with 2 wooden casements on centre first floor and 1 on ground floor with half-glazed door to centre right. Half-glazed and boarded doors to rear with gabled outshots.
