Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5275 KNIGHTRIDER STREET (East Side)
Outhouses in the garden to the north-west of The Salutation TR 3358 1/186B

2. 3 C17 or earlier cottages restored now used as outhouses, and part living accommodation. Trace of a beam below the 1st floor visible in the north-west wall but otherwise refronted with stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars intact. 2 storeys, 3 windows. The range of buildings has been continued and copied on the south-east on modern red brick. 3 windows on the 1st floor but none on the ground floor.
The Salutation, Salutation Cottage and gateway and outbuildings form a group.
