2. Early C19 3 storey building, 2 windows, red brick. Modillion eaves cornice. Glazing bars missing to windows. Doorway with pilasters, rectangular fanlight and 6 panel fielded door. 1st floor at the corner of Austen's Lane corbelled. The elevation to Austen's Lane has 2 blind panels painted, one ground floor window and flat archs.
Nos 1 to 21 (odd) with Nos 2 to 8 (even) Austen's Lane and Nos 12 to 20 (even) King Street form a group.
