The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE CHURCH HILL TR 24 NE (South Side) 4/27 Granary about 10 metres south east of the Old Bakery GV II Granary. C18. Timber framed and clad with weather boarding, with lain tiled roof, on a brick base. One bay by 2, with hipped roof. Included for group value.
