Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE BARFRESTONE TR 25 SE 3/12 Barfrestone 11.10.63 Court GV II House. Early C18 extended mid C18. Red brick, formerly painted, and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on basement with plinth and plat band and box eaves to roof with kneelered gables and stacks left and to right. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes on each floor, with segmental heads on ground floor. Basement opening to right. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels, the top 2 glazed in moulded surround with cornice. Later C18 hipped wing to rear right with irregular fenestration of glazing bar sashes.
