The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE BARFRESTONE TR 25 SE 3/16 Old Church 11.10.63 Farmhouse GV II House. Early C19. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and parapet to hipped roof with stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes with painted heads on first floor and 2 on ground floor. Central door of 6 panels with rectangular fanlight, with open pediment on pilasters.
