GOODNESTONE CAVE LANE TR 25 NE (north side) 1/49 Claypits GV II House. Early C18 and c. 1800. Red and brown brick with plain tiled roof. Two storeys. Stacks to end left, centre right and at end right. The end right bay is a later addition, a kneelered gable associated with the centre right stack marks the original end wall. Three glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 segmentally headed glazing bar sashes with small leaded light to left on ground floor with central half glazed door in kneelered gabled porch with 1 segmental glazing bar sash on each floor on extension to right.
