Listed Building record TR 24 SE 142 - GREAT FARTHINGLOE FARMHOUSE

Summary

Grade II listed building.A farmhouse of three storeys and three bays. The main facade, early 19th century in appearance, is built from yellow brick whilst the returns are built from handmade brick and flint with a rear of flint and tile-hanging. This possibly suggests an early 19th century refronting of an earlier house. There are two bay windows on the ground floor of the main facade with a central doorway up seven steps with pilasters and triangular pediment, a semi-circular fanlight and six panel moulded door. To the first and second floors there are three sash windows with glazing bars.
