The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LAURESTON PLACE Nos 3 and 4 GII Listed. Mid 19th century. 3 storeys and basement stock brick. Stone parapet. Stringcourse. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. Round-headed doorcases with semi-circular fanlights with glazing bars and 6 fielded panelled doors. Decorative cast iron Anthemion motif balconettes. Steps to street. Area has spear railings. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TR3223141667 (1)
