(east side) 9/293 No. 45 23.4.80 GV II
House, now restaurant. Early C18 refronted early C19. Rendered with painted brick to return elevations with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with rusticated quoins to ground floor, and wooden modillion eaves cornice to hipped roof with 2 flat dormers and stack to rear left. Two bows with glazing bar sashes and moulded cornices on first floor and 2 plate glass canted bays on ground floor with central half glazed door. Basement opening and plat band on left return elevation and 2 storey slate roofed wing to rear.
