The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 107 (White Horses) TR 3752 NE 1/195 II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof in 2 hips 2 sashes with verticals only. On the 1st floor these comprise 2 1-light window bays. Venetian shutters to ground floor and simple round-headed doorcase No 101 and Nos 105 to 117 (odd) form a group.
