BEACH STREET 1. 1935 (West Side) No 159 TR 3753 SE 2/212 II GV 2. Early Cl9. 3 storeys and basement colour-washed. Hipped tiled roof. 1 sash with verticals only and 1st floor 3-light canted bay. Single right side doorcase. Nos 157 to 161 (odd) and No 165 form a group.
