The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 3 TR 3753 SE 2/115A II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys and basement red brick. 1 sash having glazing bars intact on tile ground floor and segmental heads to lower floors. 5-panel door recessed up 4 steps. Top 3 panels cut away and glazed. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
