The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 5 TR 3753 SE 2/116A II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys. Hipped tiled roof. Parapet on west end facing street. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact to 1st floor windows. C17 wooden brackets under eaves with griffin caryatids. Not in situ. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
