The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FARRIER STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) Nos 21 and 23 TR 3753 SE 2/77B II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19 pair. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed. Tiled roof with 2 dormers. Stone coping. 1 sash each with glazing bars intact. No 23 has an open pedimented doorcase with triglyph frieze and panelled reveals. No 21 has a moulded architrave, entablature and stringcourse. No 21 has 6 fielded panels, the top 2 cut away and glazed. No 23 has 8 fielded panels, the top 2 cut away and glazed. Nos 9 to 25 (odd) forma group.
