The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOLDEN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side ) No 12 TR 3753 SE 2/92A II GV 2. Late C18 to early Cl9. 2 storeys now roughcast. Tiled roof. 1 sash with verticals only. Left side doorcase with flat hood and moulded architrave. 1 panelled door, tile top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Nos 9 to 13 (consec) form a group.
