Full Description
[TQ 71 73 sited to parish name only] Recent patrols by Percy Payne in the Higham Creek area have yielded another Roman brooch from the foreshore. This brooch, which unfortunately was not associated with any definite features, is known as Colchester BB type and dates from the second half of the first century. (1)
