The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 125 TR 3753 SE 2/326 II GV 2. Mid C19. 3 storeys brown brick. Parapet. 1 sash with verticals only. Left side doorcase in cemented surround and 6 panelled door, the top 4 panels cut away and glazed. Included for group value. Nos 123 to 131 (odd) form a group.
