The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NELSON STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) Chapel TR 3753 SE 2/374 II 2. Early to Mid C19. Stuccoed front with pedimented gable. Vermiculated pilasters, 2 tall round-headed windows with vermiculated keystones. Central blocked round headed window. Rusticated porch with pedimented gable containing laurel wreath design. Plain round-headed batten door.

Baptist chapel built in 1814, altered in the mid 19th century. Stuccoed front with pedimented gable. Vermiculated pilasters, 2 tall round-headed windows with vermiculated keystones. Central blocked round headed window. Rusticated porch with pedimented gable containing laurel wreath design. Plain round-headed batten door. (2)
