The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SILVER STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No 11 TR 3753 SE 2/100 II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys red brick. The side elevation is stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. 1 sash set in moulded architrave with glazing bars intact. Tile ground floor has a 3 light sash with cambered head. Open pedimented doorcase with console brackets and architrave. Nos 11 to 15 (consec) form a group.
