House, formerly lodge. C1850. Reddish brown brick with hipped slate roof. Square in plan of one storey. Central round-headed doorcase and four round-headed windows, sashes with horns. Doorcase has semi-circular fanlight and four flush panels. Side elevation has two round-headed windows. Central square brick stack with 4 chimney pots set at angle. Lean-to to rear joined to stabling of River House (qv). Included only for group value with No. 33 Valley Road to the stabling of which it is attached.
