Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LAURESTON PLACE Nos 7, 8 and 9, GII Listed Building. Terrace of 3 houses. c.1835. Front of yellow brick, with stone coping, side elevations stuccoed concealed slate roof. 3 storeys and semi basement, 1 window each, mainly sashes with glazing bars intact. 2nd floor has 9 pane sashes, lower floors have 12 pane sashes but no 7 has mid-19th century sashes with vertical glazing bars and horns. Parapet and stone coping. Simple round headed doorcases with fanlights no. 7 with patterned glazing and no’s 7 and 8 with original 5 panelled doors.
